How Reply Prediction AI is calculated ✨
Reply Prediction AI passively prioritizes your search list into the most responsive leads to the least.
The machine-learning model that powers Reply Prediction AI was developed with Dr. Qincheng Wang, a leading researcher in the field of machine learning, and a group of students at Hong Kong University.
This model uses a range of data sets, including:
similarities between you and your prospect (like similarity of jobs and skills) and,
previous labelling datasets based on our research into ‘successful engagement’ rates.
The feature provides percentage scores that reflect the likelihood of each prospect replying.
All invites will still be sent out to prospects on your search list as usual—but in re-prioritized order based on the Reply Prediction AI score.
Reply Prediction AI will automatically be applied to future search lists you run for Prospecting Campaigns. You'll need to rerun search lists under existing campaigns for this feature to appear.
Rerun a search list
Log in to SocialLead.
Head to My Campaigns. Select the campaign with the search list you need to rerun.
Select Search Lists.
Choose the team member to view. This applies to accounts with more than one team member.
Identify the search list you need to rerun. It can be an existing search list attached to the campaign or an entirely new search list.
Paste the search list into the ‘Enter search URL’ bar.
Choose whether you would still like to use prospects in an existing search list.
Select ‘Yes’ to keep existing prospects. Anyone that exists in the table but doesn’t appear in the updated search list will remain in the list without Reply Prediction AI applied.
Select ‘No’ to clear your existing search list. Prospects who have been included in your new list (and are able to be captured) will be populated in the table with a Reply Prediction AI score.
