What is the Meetings booked feature?

Our Meetings booked feature let’s you efficiently manages and store leads collected through SocialLead in one convenient location. This includes a tab for confirmed meetings that have been marked as booked, as well as those detected by our AI.

This way, you can see how many prospects from SocialLead are converting from connection to call, letting you easily track your efforts.

How the AI-detected meetings works

The Meetings Detected AI automatically analyzes campaign messages for potential meetings set up through SocialLead. If it detects a meeting intention, it will add the potential meeting to the AI-detected tab within the Meetings booked feature in the left-hand side navigation.

You will be prompted to select ‘Yes’ or ‘No' based on whether you did book a meeting with this prospect.

If you select ‘Yes' then the meeting will be confirmed and it will move to the ‘Confirmed meetings’ tab.

If you select ‘No,' the meeting will disappear and you will have contributed to training our AI to be more precise in the future - thanks!

Using the Meetings booked feature

In the Meetings booked feature, you can filter by:

• Team member

• Campaign

• Start date

• End date

This allows you to see which campaigns are performing and what need to be tweaked.

So, whether you are tracking your own meetings, or are an admin tracking meetings from multiple users, our Meetings booked feature makes collecting information on your top prospects a breeze.

Does the AI model take into account the entire conversation thread?

Yes, the model considers the entire thread each time a new message arrives until a meeting is booked. This applies to replies from prospecting or nurture campaigns, as well as InMails. 

Where to the arrows lead to on each page? And why?

1. On AI detected → It opens prospect conversation drawer for user to check and confirm meeting booked

2. On Confirmed meeting → it opens personalized insights to aid with conversation during booked meeting

How frequently does the model make predictions?

The model continues to make predictions with each new reply, as long as the conversation is not already marked as having a meeting booked.

What is the delay in detecting and displaying AI-detected meetings?

There are a couple of delays:

1. Sync Thread: Our system checks for new messages approximately every 20 minutes per user.

2. Meeting Book Prediction: The frequency of handling new replies in batches is still being optimized, but an experimental rate of 5 per minute is being considered. The actual delay depends on the number of replies detected simultaneously.

Are manually marked meetings displayed instantly?

Yes, manually marking a meeting as booked will reflect instantly on the platform.

When will AI-detected meetings show up if I am on the platform?

There might be a short delay due to the system's periodic checking and batch processing. Manually marked meetings will appear instantly, while AI-detected meetings might take a few minutes.

Are meetings displayed in the order they are received in the inbox?

Yes, the order typically aligns with the last message received date, which should be the same as the order in the inbox.
