From Halt to Restart: How to put your Prospects back into the Queue to Receive your Automated Messages

When a prospect replies to your automated messages, it removes them from the queue to receive the rest of your automated messages. You will then have to engage with them manually or put them back in the queue to receive your automated messages.

Here's how to Resume Automation for Prospects:

  1. Log in to your SocialLead account

  2. Click on 'My Inbox'

  3. Locate the message by checking the 'All' or 'Unread' section of your Inbox and using the search bar if necessary

  4. Click the client's name or message in the 'All' section, or click the 'View Conversation' in the 'Unread' section

  5. On the right-hand panel, click the 'Resume Automation' button.

  6. Click the 'Continue' blue button on the pop-up box. The next automated message should automatically populate your messaging field, and you can edit it as needed 

  7. Click the 'Resume Automation' blue button. This will send your automated message to the prospect and put them back in the queue to receive the rest of the automated messages (third message, fourth message, etc.)
