Mark Messages As Unread

To mark messages as read or unread you will need to head to your SocialLead inbox and follow these steps:
Select the "All" tab
Select the message(s) you would like to mark as read or unread by ticking the small box on the left side of the connection's name.
Click on the "Mark as" tab to open the drop-down menu.
Choose the desired action (Mark as Unread or Mark as Read) for the selected message(s)

Important Note: Unread messages in "All" tab now bolded for easier identification.
