What are Quick Responses?

Quick Responses are a great way to manage more Inbox replies in less time.

You can add, edit, or remove Quick Responses at any time. There is no limit to the number of Quick Responses you have at any one time.

Create a Quick Response

  1. Click Organization Hub in the left sidebar

  2. Click the Quick Responses tab at the top of the page

  3. Click the blue Add Template button near the center of the page

  4. A form will open from the right side of the page, with several fields:

    1. In Message Template Name write a short description of what the message will be for. Note: only you will see the message template name.

    2. Under Write the message you would like to send, you can input what you would like the message to say. Keep in mind you can use the First Name and Last Name buttons right below the text box if you'd like to insert the prospect's name.

    3. Below the text box, you will see bubbles with the name of each of your campaigns. Select which campaigns you'd like this template to show up for. If in doubt, you can simply click Select All.

    4. Note: if you are in a regulated industry and you plan to use the Quick Response frequently each month, you may wish to consult with your compliance department.

    5. Click Save Template.

Save as a Quick Response from Inbox

  1. Navigate to a conversation in your Inbox.

  2. Click on the prospect's message you want to reply to, and a drawer will appear on the right side of the screen.

  3. Enter a message into the message input box.

  4. Click “Save as quick response”.

  5. Keep in mind you can use the First Name and Last Name buttons right below the text box if you'd like to insert the prospect's name.

  6. Below the text box, you will see bubbles with the name of each of your campaigns. Select which campaigns you'd like this template to show up for. If in doubt, you can simply click Select All.

  7. Click Save Template.

Edit a Quick Response

There are 3 ways to edit your quick responses:

Go to Organization Hub > Click the Quick Responses Tab > Click on the Edit button on the Quick Response template that you would like to edit > Make the necessary changes and Click on Save.

Go to your Campaign > Click the Quick Responses Tab > Click on the Edit button on the Quick Response template that you would like to edit > Make the necessary changes and Click on Save.

Go to your Inbox > Click any messages > From the pop-up, select any quick response template on the "reply" section > Edit manually or use "AI Edits" prior to sending it. (You may click on the "Save Icon" if you would like to save the edited version.)

Delete a Quick Response

  1. Go to your Organization Hub / Campaign

  2. Click on the Quick Responses Tab

  3. Locate the Quick Response Template that you would like to delete

  4. Click the Delete button

  5. Click Yes on the pop-up

⚠️Once a Quick Response template is deleted, it cannot be undone. You will need to recreate the template.
