As your list of new connections starts to grow on SocialLead, you may find yourself looking for a way to ensure the list remains up-to-date and organized.
The connections page is a great way to see your overall campaign performance from a different view. Use it to pull up a conversation with a specific lead or if you would like to sort leads into subcategories based on priority (i.e. leads that replied vs. tagged as not interested), and more.
What is the connections page?
The connections page is the place to navigate to view all of your new leads in one place. Our table filtering system allows you to customize the list by:
Campaign Name
Custom Tags (i.e. Interested, Replied)
Team Members
Location
Date of last communication
Email or Phone Number
Suggested ways to use the connections page
There are multiple ways you can manipulate the filters and sorting of the connections page. Here are just some ways you can use it:
View all of your connections: get a list of anyone who has accepted your connection requests and has become a first-degree connection
Search for a lead by name: find a specific conversation thread using the search bar at the top of the page
Export as a CSV file: export a list of your connections based on the search filters you set, then easily import this to tools such as your CRM
Re-engage with unresponsive prospects: you can create custom tags to help you stay organized; based on how you've set things up, you could set a combination of filters (eg. search for anyone tagged Maybe or Qualified who hasn't replied) to help you find idle opportunities in your network. Learn more about how to set up a nurture campaign to reengage with unresponsive leads.
