Why use Tags

Tags label and segment prospects based on similar characteristics for strategic follow-ups. You can easily organize and manage your campaigns, or track where they are in your pipeline based on applied tags. Tagging and filtering leads can also help you create more personalized messages which you can use in your targeted Nurture Campaign messaging. This enhances the relevance and effectiveness of the message, ensuring it resonates with the prospects' interests for better outcomes.

How to create Tags 

There are two ways to create tags in SocialLead. You can either create multiple tags on your Organization Hub or specifically tag a prospect in My Inbox.

Method A: 

  1. On your landing page or Organization Hub, click Tags 

  2. Select the blue button > Create Tag

  3. Create a Tag Name, click Create and you're done!

Method B:

  1. On your My Inbox, select a prospect name to open the drawer

  2. On the left portion of the drawer, click Tags. 

  3. To create a tag, click Edit

  4. Type in the Tag you want to create, hit Enter on your keyboard, click Save and you're done!

Where to find and use Tags

  1. Go to My Inbox > All > and select a prospect name to open the drawer

  2. On the left portion of the drawer, click Tags. It will show the tags associated with that specific prospect.

  3. If you want to use a pre-created tag, select an existing tag by clicking the drop-down button

  4. Click Save and you're done!

How to filter your connections by Tag

  1. Go to the Connections tab and delete the Date Range

  2. Click on the Tags filter and it will show all the tags available

  3. Select a specific tag and click Done

  4. Your connections will now be filtered based on the Tags you have selected.
