It's important that you reach your prospects when both you and they are typically available. This helps ensure you're getting in front of your audience during active hours. These settings can be configured per campaign applying to the respective automated messaging sequence.

How to change the Timezone and Sending Hours:

  1. Click My Campaigns on the left-hand sidebar

  2. Select the specific campaign you want to make changes to

  3. Click the Timezone and Sending Hours tab along the top

  4. Click the dropdown menu to change the timezone (these changes are saved automatically after you select a timezone)

  5. Click Edit to manage Sending Hours on each day

Note: Campaign sending hours are limited to a maximum of 5 days of activity with at least 3 hours of operation to send out no more and no less than our recommended invites per day.

Best practices

  • Run your campaign for at least 6 hours a day on the days you select.

  • Be audience-first. Set your sending hours to when your audience is paying attention to LinkedIn. Usually, this is during core working hours in their timezone.

  • Make sure you are also available during or adjacent to the hours you've set so you can promptly follow up with responses.

  • If you are running multiple campaigns, you can set them to different time zones. This is especially useful if you're segmenting your campaign messaging and audience by region.
