There are several reasons your messages are not successfully sent from your SocialLead Inbox. This typically results in several stuck messages sitting in your Outbox for an extended period of time.

You'll be prompted with a brief error message within your Outbox which provides more details about why your message is not sending, details about the issue, and instructions on how to resolve it:

Note: SocialLead sends messages in batches every 15-20 minutes, so expect your messages to remain in the Outbox for a brief period before being fully sent out. If your message is time-sensitive, you can directly message your prospects via Sales Navigator inbox to ensure you don't miss anything. If a message from the Outbox fails to send, you can dismiss it accordingly.
